Darrell Swindells

Darrell has worked in the Financial Services Industry since 1970. With an accounting background, Darrell moved into general management and worked closely in developing a superannuation program to take advantage of the Government's initiatives in this area. In 1994 he and Arnold Wooden formed Paradigm Principle to further advance superannuation initiatives. Darrell believes in providing his clients with sufficient knowledge to make important long term decisions, and works closely with clients through a well structured consulting process to enhance their future wealth.

Arnold Wooden

Arnold entered the Insurance and Superannuation Industry in 1965 and worked in a variety of administration and management positions, prior to establishing Paradigm Principle in 1994. Arnold believes that your most important asset is your ability to earn an income, and that you are never too young or too old to plan for your future. His knowledge and experience enables him to communicate simply and professionally with individuals and corporations in planning and maximising both personal and superannuation programs.

Ben Drew

After completing a Bachelor of Applied Science and working in the medical industry, Ben joined Paradigm Principle in 2000. He is currently completing a Diploma of Financial Planning. Ben especially enjoys working closely with clients in the areas of Superannuation, Insurance and Retirement Planning.
